At Brown Girl’s Brew Coffee, we want you to feel confident in trying our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we'll offer you a full refund—no questions asked, and no need to send anything back.
For repeat orders:
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns unless there's an issue, such as a damaged delivery. Please note that express shipping fees (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, or other express services) are non-refundable. Ground shipping costs are only refunded if the shipping department is responsible for a damaged order.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours to arrange an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges or returns after this time frame.
